Notice of Cancellation

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs previously sought Expressions of Interest for approximately 41,259 Net Usable Square Feet, equal to approximately 49,510 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managements Association (ANSI/BOMA) Square Feet (ABOA SF) yielding a not to exceed amount of 56,937 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of clinical space in the area of Santa Maria, CA. Following a market survey, the Request for Lease Proposal Package was posted to SAM.gov on November 6, 2025.

Due to changes in the facility’s program of requirements, the Department of Veterans Affairs is reconfirming the required square footage for this project in Santa Maria, CA. Once the requirements are finalized, the revised requirement will be reposted to SAM.gov, and an updated RLP package will be issued following publication of the updated Expressions of Interest notice.

This Request for Lease Proposals, Project No. 36C10F250043, is hereby cancelled.
