Wireless Telecommunication Tower and Antenna Application Review Consultant

The Town of Fountain Hills (the “Town”) is issuing this Request For Qualifications (this “RFQ”) seeking statements of qualifications(“SOQ”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing professional services consisting of telecommunication consultant for wireless telecommunication tower and antenna application review (the “Services”), as more particularly described in the Scope of Work . In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed SOQ for the Services specified in the Scope of Work .

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing telecommunications application peer reviews specifically for municipal or county governments.
• Demonstrated expertise in both RF engineering principles and municipal land-use/zoning law application.
• Must provide a signed statement certifying complete independence from commercial wireless carriers, tower developers, or installation contractors within the regional Southwest market.
