Alberta Electric System Operator
Purpose: The AESO is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering high quality technical and user training materials. The focus of this engagement is to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training content related to Alberta’s Restructured Energy Market system changes, using both advanced technologies and diverse learning delivery methods (i.e. e-learning, video-based training, instructor-led training, and blended formats).
The Successful Bidder will be responsible for designing and producing modular, scalable training materials that support learners in understanding the technical, operational, and regulatory aspects of Alberta’s Restructured Energy Market. Training content should be clear, accurate, user friendly, and aligned with best practices in adult learning.
The services are further described in Appendix E (the “Services”).
The term for the Services is up to five (5) years starting on or around June 1, 2026.
