Description: The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the furnishing of equipment with operators to work independently, but under the direction of, Ulster County (the “County”) in the reclamation of various roads. The projects will include in-place reclamation/recycling of existing pavements on County or Town Roads within Ulster County. The quantities are indefinite . The purpose of this bid is to establish pricing so there will be no delay in obtaining this service when projects arise. The actual roadways to be reclaimed will be determined by the Commissioner of Public Works.
