Description:

a) The work in this section describes the minimum material and quality requirements for large production operations of cold in-place reclamation which recycles bituminous pavement with:
i. A specified amount of the aggregate base layer directly below the bituminous material
ii. Stabilizing agent:
1. Liquid asphalt emulsion (High-Float Emulsified Rejuvenating Agent (HFRA))
2. Calcium Chloride
iii. May include the addition of virgin aggregate.
