25-084 SB ¿ Parking Lot Sweeping and Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning Services at the Compton DMV

Hello Bidder,
Purpose and Description of Services
Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Compton DMV Field Office.  Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business.

The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract.  The awarded contractor shall not utilize trailer-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract.

* DMV may require awarded contractor to verify registration of vehicle before awarded contract.
