Description: The Project includes the following Work: Demolition and removal of structures to 2ft below grade at the addresses indicated on the bid form. Up to twenty-three (23) structures will be demolished at the discretion of the City. At all sites the sewer shall be plugged, the site regraded and restored using a native meadow mix. The buildings will be demolished per NYSDOL ICR-56 11.5 – Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place. A NYSDOL City wide variance is in place. The structures included in the project have been deemed “Unsafe to Enter” by City of Amsterdam Fire Department.
