Town of Campbell Public Works Building
Description:

The Public Works Department of the Town of Campbell will receive sealed bids for the Proposed Public Works Metal Building until 3:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 at The Town of Campbell. The bids will be publicly read at the date and time indicated above.
The work includes Construction of foundation and under-slab plumbing for a metal building.All bids are to be submitted on the Bid Forms contained in the Contract Documents. A copy of the Contract Documents will be available to the public for inspection beginning 9:00 a.m., prevailing time, on October 30th, 2025 at:
Campbell Town Hall, 8529 Main St, Campbell, NY 14821, Telephone 607-527-8244 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (prevailing local time) except holidays. Sets of such documents may be obtained from the Town of Campbell at the above noted times, for a nonrefundable fee of $75.00. Electronic copies of the drawings will also be available free of charge. Contractors shall provide an email address and phone number for receipt of addenda. Proposals shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and addressed to:

The proposal envelope must be sealed and clearly marked as the bid for Town of Campbell Public Works Building with the name and address of the bidder.
A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Town of Campbell, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a 100 % Performance and Payment Bond. The project substantial completion date is December 22nd, 2025.
This project required multiple prime contracts and New York State Prevailing Wage Rates
Bids may be held by the Town of Campbell for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Town of Campbell reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
