IFB 25-050 - Commissary Items

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) items for commissary to the STARC-Oakview (OV) located on the campus of Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC), 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday November 13th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday, November 20th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, December 4th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
