Rebid: Homeowner Protection Program (HOPP) – Housing Counseling Services for Cortland and Onondaga Counties

In response to the ongoing need to support homeowner stability, the OAG released two RFAs in April of 2024 and subsequently made over $38 million in grants to continue the HOPP program. Unfortunately, through this RFA, the OAG did not receive an application to offer housing counseling services in Cortland or Onondaga Counties. Funding is available to New York State nonprofit organizations providing housing counseling services in these two counties that are in good standing and who meet minimum requirements stated in this RFA.

The applicant is responsible for ensuring 5:00 PM EST arrival on the deadline date.
