Request for Proposals for HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness and competency. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary for the completion of the work. City intends to award up to two (2) contracts for a duration of up to six (6) years. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of the solicitation document.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, September 17, 2026, for the purpose of selecting one or more proposals that evidence the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in the services. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
