Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage the services of one general engineering consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide the 2025 and 2027 Routine Tunnel Inspection and Design of Miscellaneous Structural Repairs at Queens Midtown Tunnel and Hugh L. Carey Tunnel.
