Flagler Beach WWTF - Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) Improvements

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Influent Structure with a mechanical screening system; a new Master Lift Station; EQ basins and associated mixers; EQ basin pump station; BNR Treatment System consisting of primary anoxic, aerobic, deoxygenation, and secondary anoxic basins; a common reaeration basin; BNR equipment; blowers, air piping and diffusers; submersible mixers; flow metering systems; secondary clarifier flow splitter box; two new secondary clarifiers and associated equipment; RAS/WAS pumping station; chemical storage, feed and pumping systems; a tertiary filtration (disc filters) system; a multi-compartment chlorine contact chamber (CCC); modifications to the existing aerobic digestion system; dechlorination structure; Electrical Building No. 1; electrical, controls, instrumentation and SCADA system improvements; site work; yard piping; stormwater management system improvements; plant internal roadway improvements; miscellaneous appurtenances and ancillaries; and various other site improvements.
