TH 5 St Paul Video Project and TH 610 West Mississippi Video Project

Brief Description: MnDOT requests responses for storm sewer and culvert hydraulic cleaning, closed circuit televising digital video (CCTV) of all storm sewer infrastructure systems within the project limits for State Projects (SP) referenced. See Exhibit C Attachment 1 for a map of the project locations. MnDOT anticipates that multiple contracts may result from the Pre-Qualification Announcement. Responders must submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) based on only Project #1 listed below. The LOI’s will be used as a basis to award the remaining contracts for the projects below. It will be MnDOT’s decision on how these projects will be divided among contractors.

• Project #1: TH 5 2.5 miles from St. Clair Ave to the junction of US61.
• Project #2: TH 610 4.5 miles from just west of the bridge over US169 to the Mississippi River bridge.
