Fine Arts Contracted Services

Belton Independent School District is soliciting a Request for Proposals for Fine Arts Contracted Services seeking qualified consultants to provide "as-needed" services for the District.
The services requested include a wide spectrum of contracted/consultant services for Marching Band, Band, Jazz, Orchestra, Choir, Theater, Visual Arts, Color Guard, Drill/Dance and Professional Development Services for Fine Arts staff.

NOTE: THIS IS A NEW FINE ARTS CONTRACTED SERVICES RFP. Keep in mind that this proposal MUST BE completed in order to be considered or remain on the Districts approved vendor listing.
Belton ISD urges all vendors that provide these services and materials to respond to this Proposal, even if you are a SOLE SOURCE provider of the services or materials. Once this proposal has been closed and awarded, another RFP will be solicited to capture additional vendors until the end of the total contract. Awards will be made on a monthly basis throughout this open period of that solicitation.
There is no guarantee of minimum or maximum usage for this bid. The District usage will depend upon actual needs and available funding.
Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.

TERM:
The term of this proposal shall be for one (1) year with three (3) automatic renewals, one year at a time.
Belton ISD will issue a subsequent RFP after the first award.
Initial Contract Period: May 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027;

Contract YR2: May1, 2027 - May 31, 2028;

Contract YR3: May 1, 2028 - May 31, 2029;

Contract YR4: May 1, 2029 - May 31, 2030

This RFP will not be a guarantee of purchase for any goods or services, but to establish a list of Approved Vendors with Belton ISD. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Awards will be made on a monthly basis throughout this open period of that solicitation.

Belton ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services.
