The Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Title V block grant provides funding and support to local and Tribal health agencies and other organizations to improve the health and supporting the well-being of mothers, infants, children, and families.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to provide statewide learning opportunities to support children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and their families.

All funding application submissions are due on August 13, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. CDT.
