Willow Creek Drive Drainage Structure Replacement

Sealed proposals for the “Willow Creek Drive Drainage Structure Replacement” project will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025, until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk. Plans and proposal forms will be available online by visiting the City of Edwardsville website at https://www.cityofedwardsville.com/bids.aspx. Prequalification by the Illinois Department of Transportation is required. The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1–12). Upon award, the successful bidder shall be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement with the Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council, as specified in the proposal. The City of Edwardsville encourages minority business firms to submit bids for this project. The City of Edwardsville also encourages successful bidders to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
