A non-mandator pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at City Hall Council Chambers at 604 W. Fairmont Pkwy, La Porte Texas, 77571. Bidders may view the worksite during normal working hours. An appointment is recommended and can be made by contacting Walter Lee at 281-470-5112. Bidders are encouraged to arrange a site visit.
