Airfield Lighting

• The contract term will be for three (3) years, with an option to extend for one (1) additional year.
• Services may include:

• Training City of Arlington staff on airfield lighting operations, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Consulting on airfield lighting repairs, replacements, upgrades, and maintenance needs.
• Procuring airfield lighting equipment and materials as authorized by the City.
• Providing technical support and recommendations as needed.
• Note:
  • All products supplied under this contract shall be FAA approved and / or 3rd Party Listed by ETL / Intertek or UL
  • Consultant shall have technical expertise and experience with all the major FAA approved airfield ground lighting manufacturers
  • No labor as part of this contract (training, consulting, and procurement services only)
  • Certified under Airfield Lighting Equipment Certification Program (ALECP)
• Please provide:
  • Company qualifications and relevant experience
  • An hourly rate quote
    • Do not include airfield lighting equipment or material costs in the quote
• See the attached Unit Priced Contract for additional contract requirements
• Services requested to be completed in a timely manner
