The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for DRAGOON TENTS or EQUAL at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Please see attachments for specific details. THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUEST.
Description of the Dragoon Tent or Equal:
This multi-use tent should be between 11ft and 15ft in length and width, and an interior height of between 6 - 7ft.
Tent must include:
- Tan, green or subdued color scheme
- Have packed dimensions of less than 35” x 20” x 20”
- Have footprint area of between 120 – 190 sq ft
- 8 person capacity
- Contain ground and sand/snow stakes
- Carrying bag/container with handles and wheels
- Weigh less than or equal to 50 lbs
- Tent body constructed of no less than 70D Ripstop Nylon with 5,000mm+ waterproof urethane coating and DWR finish
- HVAC duct connections (supply and return duct)
- 4-season tent i.e summer shade tent, mild weather shelter and winter shelter designed to handle snow load
- No less than four doors
- Internal loops for hanging lights
- Removable floor constructed of no less than 210 Oxford Nylon with 5,000mm+ waterproof urethane coating and DWR finish
