The project at Manning Apartments in Cambridge, Massachusetts includes selective replacement of doors and aluminum storefront systems, installation of a new smartphone-connected intercom system, and various security upgrades. Work involves modifying the main entry configuration to separate building entry and egress, installing new doors with card readers, and retrofitting existing doors for controlled access to common areas. The contractor shall provide all related trims, sealants, and accessories, as well as temporary weather and security protection to maintain building integrity during construction.
