Description

THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure a non-personal services contract to provide CCTV Security System Services on Fort Riley Kansas on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with information sufficient to support a competitive acquisition. Be advised that the U.S. Government will be limited in moving forward if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the desired acquisition strategy. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.



Fort Riley has a history of utilizing Closed Caption Television (CCTV) Security Systems for the Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH) to include all MEDDAC owned clinic locations.



The contractor shall provide services for the semi-annual inspection and maintenance of the CCTV system to include: maintenance history, components, cameras, monitors, controls,Video/Digital Recorders, Software Support, and Wireless Antennas. These services shall be in compliance with all applicable Federal, state and local laws, executive orders, rules and regulations.
