The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh requires the services of a qualified local garage door specialist to remove old roll-up doors from government-owned residential units. The contractor will dismantle the systems and safely dispose of all resulting waste and debris.
Scope of Contract: The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services to replace garage door for the government owned houses for the Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requires the services of a local garage door contractor who will do the necessary removal of the existing roll up garage door of the Government Owned housing units. Dismantle and remove the old garage door, clear and dispose all scraps and debris.
• Steel sheet roll door made of galvanized alloy with a thickness of 0.5 and a height of 4 sheets
• Lift Master double dynamo motor
• Aluminum side rail
• Aluminum bottom rail with anti-corrosion rubber and insect and rodent repellent
• A silk elastic band for easy opening and closing and no sound
• Stainless galvanized brackets
• Rust-resistant thermal paint
• You receive 2 remotes with each door

The Government intends to award a contract which meets all the solicitation requirements to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submission of proposal pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
