Project Description: . The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: All labor, materials, equipment, and services required to perform the Work described in the Drawings and Specifications, which includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of the existing concrete walk and patio, Installation of a new reinforced concrete walk and patio, Installation of new metal rails, Installation of a new privacy screen, Installation of a new wood framed bench, Protection of existing utilities, Grading as required, Restoration of disturbed vegetation.
