Claremore Site Prep for New Clinical Modular Building

This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H70125R00023 Claremore Site Prep for New Clinical Modular Building (Claremore, OK), which is a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).

The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation in late December 2024 or early January 2025 and will remain open for approximately 45 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted to https://sam.gov.

SCOPE OF WORK: The project is to prepare the site location for installation of a new five-section 64’8” x 72’ modular building for clinical use remotely located from other buildings at the Claremore Indian Hospital. The purchase of the modular building is separate and not included in this procurement. This project is to perform the site work needed to install the modular building.

LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the US PHS Indian Hospital which is located at 101 South Moore Ave Claremore, OK 74017.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Period of Performance is 120 calendar days from date of notice to proceed.

CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f).

SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit will be included in the solicitation.

CONTRACT TYPE: IHS intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement.

This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.

This project will be solicited as 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238910, Site Preparation Contractors.
