Notice to Intent to Sole Source: HCL Security AppScan Software License

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to DoD ESI and Enterprise Software Agreements contractor Vertosoft, LLC, 1602 Village Market BLVD SE, STE 320, Leesburg, Virginia 20175-4721, United States in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8 – Required Sources of Supplies.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This requirement is for the purchase of four (4) HCL Security AppScan software licenses manufactured by HCL Technologies. The HCL Security AppScan software license will be used to test web applications for security vulnerabilities.

Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EDST, 28 February 2025.
