Clark Construction Group, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is assembling a team of project partners for the Redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility at 5201 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215.

- 11:00 am: Site Visit (PPE required)

Prequalification Required:
All bidders must prequalify online at
TradeTapp
before
submitting a bid.
MBE Participation:
This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8%
African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will
count toward the goal.
Prevailing Wages : This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.
Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected and are due at noon on December 17, 2025
