Questions & Answers (Q&A) and soliciation requirement clarifications:

1. For the #4 Rock. This is not for "Crushed Concrete". Any industry standard #4 Rock or " #4 crushed rock", that is a Subbase aggregate material, meeting this minimum specification and the ASTM requirements is acceptable.

2. This requirement requires the delivery of poured/mixed concrete. For clarification, The concrete pump truck is being requested during the concrete placement for the footer and pedestal portion of the project. The primary reason is safety, keeping the concrete truck away from the ledge to prevent cave-in. As well as reduce splattering and shifting of the steel reinforcement as it is a 4’ drop. The work site is relatively open, allowing the truck to move as needed. The building dimensions are approximately 110’ x 50’, maximum expected reach is 150’ depending on the operator’s preference for vehicle movement.
