The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 2,400 usable square feet of retail space located at Hampton, VA and within the radius shown below:

North: Hampton Roads Center Parkway

South: West Pembroke Ave

East: Highway 17

West: North King Street
