The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 2,400 usable square feet of retail space located at Hampton, VA and within the radius shown below:




  • North: Hampton Roads Center Parkway

  • South: West Pembroke Ave

  • East: Highway 17

  • West: North King Street
