Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is seeking a business entity or staffing organization to provide a qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for the Western Maryland Hospital Center (WMHC), located in Hagerstown (Washington County), Maryland. The Nursing Home Administrator must possess at least ten (10) years of experience within a facility with a minimum of fifty (50) beds. This position requires forty (40) service hours per week. Services shall be provided Sunday through Saturday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.
WMHC is an integral part of the health services system of the State of Maryland under the direction of the Maryland Department of Health. WMHC is one of two (2) regional chronic/long-term care hospitals administered by the Department of Health and serves residents of the State of Maryland who require nursing home level of care. The Comprehensive Care Program has an average inpatient daily population of 50 residents.
The term of this contract shall be approximately twelve (12) weeks, to initiate on or about 9/28/26.
