The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) is requesting a square foot cost for the installation of VCT tile flooring, on as needed basis, at the Curwin Circle Federal Family Public Housing Development located in Lynn, Massachusetts and the M. Henry Wall Plaza Federal Elderly and Non-Elderly Disabled Public Housing Development located in Lynn, Massachusetts. Bids must be sealed, marked, and submitted to LHAND, 92 Curwin Circle, Lynn, MA 01905, attention Charles Mihos, on or before December 27, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Bids received after that time shall not be considered. At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and forthwith. A 50 Percent Payment Bond is required of all prospective bidders any contractor failing to do so will be disqualified from the bid process.
