The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) offers this request for proposals in partnership with the New York Department of State (DOS). NYSERDA seeks to acquire a highly reliable code compliance software to facilitate and streamline building energy code compliance plan review and inspection processes. allow Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to apply to use the compliance software through the release of a subsequent NYSERDA Program Opportunity Notice (PON). rnrnThe software will be a tool for modernizing, supporting, and enhancing current municipal processes through a user-friendly interface. Enabling access to online code compliance software is viewed as an essential capacity building resource that is responsive to the needs of a broad range of AHJs currently reliant on inefficient and paper driven code compliance processes.
