Metro District Water Resources Design and MS4 Support 2026-2029

Brief Description: The goal of this project is to provide experienced technician, Engineer-in-Training, and Licensed Engineer personnel to complete water resources engineering design and permitting, and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit assistance as needed to meet project schedules and maintenance requests. MnDOT anticipates that two contracts will result from this RFP. Each contractor will be assigned either Group 1 or Group 2 projects as listed in the attached scope of work and at the sole discretion of MnDOT.
