Brief Description: Successful Responder will complete this design in time for the current letting date, Mill and Overlay on Trunk Highway (TH) 23 from Minnesota 15 to the railroad bridge near United States 10 in St Cloud. This will include replacing signals at 5 intersections that includes poles, mast arms, indication heads, loop detectors, upgrade to Flashing Yellow Arrow, cabinet, and controllers. Also revise signals at 4 intersections. The Successful Responder will reconstruct all existing catch basins (CB’s), remove and replace curb at CB’s, clean out CB’s, mud around dog houses/inverts and replace rings and castings.
