The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the solicitation close date FROM Thursday September 11, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET TO Monday September 15, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET.
2. Provide answers to additional questions received concerning the solicitation.
3. Provide an Addendum to the Statement of Work. Please pay special attention to the change to the period of performance.

Please remember to acknowledge all amendments by including the SF 30 for each amendment in quote package.
