|
The City of Cambridge is seeking qualified firms or individuals to design a Lead-Safe Workforce Development Plan. The purpose of the plan is to (1) increase the qualified individuals and companies capable of completing lead paint remediation and abatement work safely and effectively; and (2) support the growth of lead-safe businesses by increasing lead certification rates through expanded certification opportunities.
For this project, “Lead-Safe Certified Workforce” is defined as individuals and/or companies certified for specific lead-based paint activities in compliance with the State of Maryland Department of the Environment and Environmental Protection Agency.
