LEGAL NOTICE - INVITATION TO BID
The City of Malvern is soliciting sealed bids for the complete eradication/demolition of twelve (12) condemned structures located within the corporate limits of Malvern,
Arkansas, as identified in Resolution No. 19-2026. Bid documents are available at the City Clerk/Treasurer’s Office, 120 A West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104, and online at www.malvernar.gov.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the City Clerk/Treasurer’s Office, 120 A West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:35 a.m. the same day in the City Conference Room, 120 B West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104.
The project will be awarded as one total lump-sum contract for all locations. Bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, hauling, disposal, permits, fees, and incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the bid documents and Exhibit B, Demolition and Clean-Up Agreement. All work must be completed and the final itemized invoice submitted to the City no later than December 31, 2026.
Bids must be submitted on the official Bid Form provided in the bid packet. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
