Consultant Services - Conservation and Maintenance of 13 Monuments and Tablets

The Maryland Historical Trust ( MHT ), which operates in the Maryland Department of Planning, is seeking an individual or firm to provide services as outlined in the attached Request for Proposal ( RFP ). Offerors who meet the expertise and experience requirements and are interested in submitting a proposal to provide such services must submit a proposal to the Procurement Officer to the email address listed below. The emailed proposal must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Friday, May 1st, 2026 . Any proposal received after this date will not be accepted.

All questions received before the deadline will be answered at one time, after the deadline passes. Responses will be posted to eMMA (eMaryland Marketplace Advantage). Should any vendor decide not to submit a proposal in response to this RFP for any reason, they are requested to complete the No Reply Form at Attachment D . The Maryland Historical Trust, through the Maryland Department of Planning, will issue a contract to the successful Offeror.
