Sealed and Electronic Bids will be accepted to the highestbidder at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4 th Street,Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 31, 2024. The City of Waco isseeking bids from qualified individuals and firms for the opportunity topurchase (8) City owned properties groups to develop into residential housing.The properties offered for sale are listed in the bid package. A detailed specificationsis available at: https://waco-texas.bonfirehub.com/portal . Bids will be openedpublicly and read aloud at 2:01 P.M., via Zoom Video and Dial-In Conferencing.
