Description
The Atlanta Independent School System is seeking a Construction Manager to complete structural repairs at Sarah Smith Elementary School, improve the existing drainage system at Parkside Elementary School, add a security fence at Toomer Elementary School, construct storage area and install tennis court lights at Midtown High School, and install baseball netting at Walden Athletic Complex. The successful Construction Manager will be expected to provide all the services included in the standard APS Construction Management at Risk Agreement for building improvements at the following locations:
