Description:

Project is the partial renovation 750 SF of an existing one story building used as a Readiness Center for the SC Army National Guard. Renovations include selective demolition to the existing locker room floor for the addition of a female latrine and showers, and new interior finishes in the male latrine. Other renovations include new plumbing fixtures, new HVAC and lighting.
