Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the grid and
ceiling tile replacement at Chugach Headquarters.
The RFQ documents and all attachments are available at Chugach's website under the following:

Quotes are due, uploaded to Chugach's website under the Bid Opportunities link, RFQ 26-11: Grid and
Ceiling Tile Replacement - Submit Technical Proposal button, no later than 12:00 PM Alaska Time,
Friday, March 20, 2026.
Questions related to this RFQ are due no later than 3:00 PM Alaska Time Friday, March 13, 2026.
Bidders may submit questions via email to contracts@chugachelectric.com. Responses to questions
will be provided by 4:00 PM Alaska Time, Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Proposers shall specify in their response to this RFQ in writing whether exceptions are taken to any of
the terms and conditions of the attached Sample Equipment Contract.
Quotes are to be valid for 60 days from the Bid due date.
Chugach reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to define and/or waive irregularities, to
accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or part, and to reissue, withdraw or cancel the project in its
entirety for any reason, without incurring any liability of any type or nature to any Bidder or Contractor,
including but not limited to any costs associated with Bid preparation and submittal.
