Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, equipment and material to construct a new fish passage culvert at an existing culvert crossing on Homebuilt Circle at Neklason Lake near Wasilla, Alaska.
Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed to the Borough’s Purchasing Office. Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular.
