Work includes, but is not limited to:
• Roof replacement. • Exterior asphalt repairs/line painting, new accessible exterior ramp and remediation/repair of existing exterior trellis. • Interior refurbishment including new flooring, replacement of washroom fixtures and associated layout modifications. • Architectural modifications as required, in service of mechanical/electrical upgrades including new domestic water distribution, new plumbing fixtures, new unit heaters, PTAC unit replacement and new heat pump water heater and fire alarm/electrical upgrades • Phasing of work to minimize impact on occupants and maintain intended operation of the building to the greatest extent possible, as further outlined in the documents. |

Mandatory Site Meeting
.1Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 1 PM local time on March 12, 2026 at 38 Bathurst Street, Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
