Description

Government Publishing Office (GPO), Secure & Intelligent Documents (SID) requires a Design-Build (DB) project to repair/renovate building (A) 5th floor room A-501. A Contractor will be selected and required to develop a full realized design based off a provided conceptual drawing. The Contractor will also perform the required repairs and renovations for the facility to be utilized as a new Smart Card Reader manufacturing hub. Repair and Renovation shall include all systems (HVAC, Electrical, Architecture of the interior and exterior, Fire Protection, and Security) in accordance with the applicable codes of National Design and Construction standards. GPO is located at 732 N. Capitol Street Washington, DC 20401.
