Description

This is not a Request for Proposal.

This requirement is for a sole source contract to CACI NSS, Inc. for technological programming upgrades, planned and unplanned maintenance, parts replacement and integration actions to the MERS advanced technological systems and equipment to enhance and insure interoperability among established systems at the six (6) MERS Detachments. This requirement is critical to ensuring the six MPUs provide consistent critical ground power support in all environments to which MERS Detachment power support is solicited. The intent of this contract is to sustain the operational capability of the acquired Mobile Power Units via a contractor-provided Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concept with CACI, specifically in the areas of Supply Support/Sparing and Sustainment/Depot Level Maintenance. The contractor shall perform these services at the Government Owned/Contractor Operated (GOCO) facility in Albuquerque, NM and 6 different MERS detachments as necessary.

The contract will be for a base year plus four, one-year option periods consisting of Firm Fixed Price CLINs to accomplish the requirements in the SOW. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If a proposal or quote is submitted, the Government will not be responsible for cost incurred for proposal preparation.
