SOURCE SOUGHT ONLY!!!! Contractor shall provide non-personal services to provide cafeteria type meals in a Government provided facility, with the additional capacity to distribute mermite-like containerized meals to 5 geographical locations. Meals will consist of dinner items as detailed in the subsequent sections of this PWS. The Contractor shall accomplish providing hot meals to 2,000 Soldiers. Soldiers will consume meals in the (Bldg. 8153) located at the Dona Ana Training Complex, and various field locations within the confines of the Dona Ana Training Complex. Serving hours are between the hours of 1700 - 1930 daily. The Contractor shall prepare all meals using Contractor provided equipment and facilities. The Government will not provide facilities to assist the Contractor with meal preparation, cooking, transporting, serving, and or cleaning of equipment or facilities. The Contractor shall maintain the capability for carry-out individually packaged meals not to exceed 100 meals throughout the period of performance. The Contractor will deliver these carry-out meals to up to 3 grid locations with no less than 72 hours notification to the Contractor by the Government. The Contractor shall perform to the standards set in this Contract/Performance Work Statement and shall follow all applicable instructions and directives as identified by this PWS. All cooking shall be performed off site and transported into the designated locations. Meals shall be served hot or cold IAW AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, TB MED 530, and TB MED 577. All meals that are served shall be balanced and meet or exceed serving portions IAW AR 30-22 and DA PAM 30-22.
