Professional Audit Services Request for Proposals

The City of Scotts Valley is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to provide professional audit services for the next three fiscal years beginning year ending June 30, 2025, with the option to extend services for two additional fiscal years. The City is seeking to contract with a firm that specializes in performing audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and provisions of OMB Circular A-133, "Audits of State and Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations".
