Hall County, Georgia, is seeking qualifications from General Contractors
with a Proposal of Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction of a new Library in East Hall County, Gainesville, Georgia.

Project Details:
Hall County, Georgia, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 (herein “County”, “Owner”) is now accepting sealed bid proposals from General Contractors (herein “Bidder”, “Contractor”) with a Proposal of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), for the construction of a new 9,262 square-foot, one-story library adjacent to the existing East Hall Community Center, with associated site improvements, (herein “Project”, ‘Services’), located at East Hall Community Services Center, 3911 P Davidson Road, Gainesville, GA 3050.
Governance:
The Official Code of Georgia, Chapter 91-36, and the Hall County Official Code of Ordinances, shall govern the bidding, awarding and construction process.
Bidding Process:
The County will accept Single Prime Lump-Sum sealed bids, in addition to all Mandatory Bid Documents, including answers to the Exhibit G - Mandatory Scored Questions for Technical Qualifications, no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025 by 2:00pm EST at the Hall County Government Center (HCGC). All deliveries must be date and timed stamped by 4th Floor Receptionist. Do not deliver to the lobby. Late bids may not be evaluated. Bidders must submit to the following address below.
